Teams / Sevastopol

A small Northeast Wisconsin division 3 high school with about 25 cross county athletes on the team. The past six years, Sevastopol, has won 8 conference titles (girls '05, '06, '07,'09 & boys '06, '07, 08. '09) and 7 individual champions (girls - Haley Moeller '05-'07, Sara Hasenjager '09) (boys - Joel Heroux '06, Jimmy Heroux '07, 08 & '09) and countless first and second team members over the same 6 year period. Sevastopol also has done well at the WIAA tourney with 5 sectional championships and 5 runner-up sectional titles in the past 5 years. The success doesn't stop there, the Pioneers have placed well at the state meet with both teams qualifying for 5 consececutive years with 3rd place finishes for the boys and girls in 2005,a girl's state championship in '06 a girl's 3rd place finish and a boys 8th in 2007, and most recently the boys placed 3rd in 2008 and the girls 16th.
