James Carney looked great, Ryan Hall not too bad either. It was surprising to see such a big pack at the mile mark. The American Women looked excellent. They ran smart and let the 3 Kenyans and 3 Ethiopians blaze through the first mile (half that group had serious problems through the hills). Amy Hastings came by us at five miles and was in full flight! She just keeps looking better and better. Renee Metivier Baillie ran tough, and Magdalena Lewy-Boulet did a great job!
