This is late but they broke the WR before without Powell.

Jamaica currently holds the world record at 37.04 so they're already very close. Remember, unlike the 100 meter dash, three of the four runners are already in full stride at the time they receive the baton.

Hmm, I'm a bit less confident of this prediction after seeing Powell pull up lame in that 100 final.

They've got the horses to do it, but curious to see others' predictions. My vote is YES.
