America Day Plans!

I live with Ryan Ponsonby, who was my college teammate and roommate. Now Ryan helps John Cook in coaching Leo and Shannon (Team AppleBury????) and after a pretty pathetic Friday night of watching "Arested Development", I fell asleep on the couch to be woken up by Ryan as he got ready for Leo's workout. So I decided to jump in on Leo's 200s, and by "jump in", I mean, cheering him on and running a 20 min cool down. It was a good start to America Day and I am excited for the rest of the summer season. Let us know what you guys are up to on this 4th of July Holiday.

Ran a 5k race this morning in 20:56. I can't even run a mile in what the winner averaged. 14:41 for 1st place and 14:5? for 2nd place. Now time for some ribs and fireworks tonight. Not a PR time wise, but for the course it is.

Woke up @ 6AM (Central) to go on a 60 minute run (8.2miles), and then I showered, went on flotrack to log my run, ate some food. Then I went to take care of a friends dog that I am in charge of for a while. Came home from that, slept a little until the Nathan's hot dog eating Contest, and now I'm on the computer again. I have no plans for later.

Yo Mark, now that the long season is over i'm taking some well deserved time off. This year for the 4th, staying at home with the family. I will be shooting off fireworks, eating barbeque, playing in the annual baseball game and, trying not to set fire to the entire town. C.....A....T.....S CATS!CATS!CATS!

Helped out at a 4th of July road race then ran 50 minutes with a teammate. Now I'm getting ready to go to my coaches house for a cookout then relax the rest of the day. Life is good.

Happy 4th everyone.
