Anyone ran this race after doing the ING MARATHON a few weeks before and finished it? Please share your training tips etc...I am especially interested in your prep after the marathon leading up to the 60k.Id like to do it and am wondering how much time to take off in-between races etc..how much to run etc..

The 60K is close to the NYC Marathon that you just ran, so you need to make certain that you have recovered. If you are really determined to run the 60K, go extra slow for the first half of the race. I would suggest that you take your average marathon pace and run at least 60 seconds slower per mile -- maybe even 90 seconds slower.
