yeah, I didn't have as many splits for the women's team because honestly I don't know what they are running sometimes. I'm pretty sure Desi was running around 5:25/mile average for the entire workout.

yeah the usual workout is 3 sets- but they only did 2 because they had a race in 2 days. Yes, good college runners could get through this workout (or run it faster)-but that isn't the point
