hey shak! rach told me you werent seeing my logs! if you arnt able to see it just tell me and i will have you come to my house or something to see cus im up to 283 miles and i just need 17 more miles till 300 mile club!
also is practice at 6 on thursdays. anyway i need to know but i can't go tomorrow anyway because i am going to a concert.
ummm...this is the first i have been on flotrack since monday's log so i didn't know not to run so i ran. should i take off tomorrow or friday? also i am doing the jeff jam and the river race so i should do the jeff jam hard and the river race easy, right?
hey shak... i am REALLY sorry that my running hasnt been real great but i am like dying... whenever i run latly even just a short distance4m y knees hurt and i geta HUGE headache. like a migrane and i dont know why!!!! i am trying to keep up my running but it isreally hard with everything else i am doing for my sumer vacation plus the pain i get from running. like i said i am really sorry that it hasnt been the best!!!!! also my birthday is 1 week!!!!!! :-)
shak... my knees have been really bad lately... they keep locking up on me when i am just walking around. its horrible and also there is no way i will be running inside. my house is small and also running on a treadmill takes FOREVER!!!!!! i dont know what to do anymore... HELP!!!!!! also i will try to make it there on thursday but i dont know if i can. can you tell me when practice even is... im not sure and my mom is trying to work out a scedual so i can ride a horse, work for my dad at his big contract job, run, and be a practices... theres not enough hours in a day!!!
shack is it ok that my mom sent in the thing for the river race without a time on it
shak everyone thinks i shouldve gone to states qualifiers..... they said it would look good on a college application even if i didnt do good!!!! also when should i start running again?
ummm i love how this whole month i was dying of swine and you have not and i am only 6 miles behind you. that does not say very much for you!! haha
my coach told me to only do an easy recover run. He only wanted 3 miles but i added one on.

Hope your having fun!! You missed a really warm day here. I even wore shorts to run! I met Ri at the school today and we ran 6 miles. It was really hilly, but I was happy that I could keep up pretty easily. I was worried that they would be a ton faster than me because they have been racing this whole winter. I was even ahead of Danny and Steph!!
wow i guess all that fat you gained is catching up with you. You are running realllly sloww probably that extra baggage you have to carrry!!!
at least i am running fattty!!! umm if you read my comment it said ran inside couldn't breath!!!!!
