thank you man, the things you said really make me feel like things are really gonna work out at burabank, i cant look the teams faces now that i know i wont be with them anymore, knowing that i wont be there with them, just the thought of it lets alot of emotions out. But i know we will see each other again next season, and im gonna work as hard as I possibaly can to get to my peak potential no matter who i run for.

thanks steve yeah it really does help the mental game more, and im not sure if im running tomarrow, cuz i pulled a muscle yesterday during the two mile, and it hurts like a bitch, but i think i will go really strong against CV on thursday and then the BRONCO invitational, at pomona :)and thanks again
