Mr. Roger Twigg.. I just made a landmark for myself! I broke my PR in the 800 last night at Hamline. I ran a 2:23 and won my heat! I'm pretty excited. Also I now have a PR of 5:06 in the 1500. I'm fell like i'm in 8th grade again, the speed part anyways. Just giving you a breif :) have a wonderful week

I am back for spring break, i went to the track practices on Mon. Tue. and am going tomorrow. I'm driving down to Mankato after that so I won't be able to meet up, but i will call if I have time over Easter break :)

Stacey,Good to hear from you--glad that school and running are going well. I have been checking results to see how you have been doing--looks good! We have missed you, especially this past fall, and wish you were back. I am going to help coach the team the 2nd week of practice and will be starting some of their meets this spring. Hey Coach :)School is going by extremelyy fast this semseter. Indoor season is already over and spring break is coming up. My CC season started out slow but i picked it up and went to Regions. I felt like my junior year all over when indoor came around. I pulled my quad so i was off of the track and on a stationary bike and seeing the trainer for 2 weeks :(. But of course i'm tough and back at it! Can't wait for outdoor to see my times drop. I miss being at home though, the team was awesome. I always make comments at practice and think (real mature Stacey). A Roger Twigg moment ha. I miss you guys. How are things going on your end? How's Sandy? Tell her hello from me :)Stacey
