Hi Bonnie, That is good that you are being patient with the ankle - it does take awhile for an ankle injury to clear up. Smart move. We will see you soon. When it starts to feel much better that is when you need to come back. Keep icing. We probably want to tape it the first few times back to make sure nothing happens to it also. I'll bring you to the trainer and she will take care of the taping. Hopefully we see you soon! |

Definitely take two days off. Ankles injuries can take awhile. Be careful with soccer because lateral motion causes ankle instability and can cause the injured ankle not to heal correctly... and is also very easy to re-injure the ankle. Keep icing. Once it feels better I can give you some ankle exercises to do. See you soon. |
