HEY SELBY! I think that I saw you running by my house on like Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I almost stopped, but I was driving to work. Hitting up castle rock? I've been running about 4 days a week plus major cross training. My first triathlon is on the 19th, I can't wait! It's the Pleasanton Tri For Fun #2. It'll be fun...are you training for a race?

Sally is doing the 15/5 double cause she has the Kenya Trials in 3 weeks or so. She didn't want to tear he body down by going 5/10/5 over three days. She is doing the 15 for points for the team cause the women have a shot at top 4. But anyways, Are you going to be up at the Trials in a few weeks?
