thanks, i was just wondering. I am only a freshman this year. But i go to a small single A school. Both my uncles and there friends went there and one of my uncles walked on at Kentucky and he was running high 15's and one of his friends was 15:20s and he got a scholarship to Indiana. So i was thinking about it and decided you guys were probably the best to ask.

what kind of 5k times would you have to run to be recruited by D1 schools for XC?

FLOTRACK should do an article or video or something on the top 20 stretches for runners.

can i upload photos to the footlocker nationals album? cause I tried but then they didn't come up. I uploaded, then clicked on send. but dont see them in the album. is there some kind of trick?

But the way the meet is set up if you don't even get into hayward field you should still have a great time. Have you been running at all? Cause I need someone to run with for those two weeks
