FloTrack was in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the Lobos' final workout before indoor NCAAs. The workout was on Saturday, six days before the DMR, mile prelims, and 5K. Seven days later, in a massive upset, redshirt freshman Josh Kerr beat Edward Cheserek for a national title in the mile. The other athletes in the workout were Alice Wright, Elmar Engholm, Adam Cotton, and Graham Thomas. (Wright was ninth in the women's 5K and Engholm and Thomas ran on the 10th-place DMR at NCAAs.)
