On Saturday, May 17th America's top marathoners, Deena Kastor and Ryan Hall worked out in Colorado Springs, Co. Both Deena and Ryan are starting their marathon build up for the Olympic Games and Flotrack went along and got some pretty cool footage. We created this video for Ryan, Deena and Asics and we were not going to put it up but we kept watching it so we decided you guys might want to see it as well. Let us know what you think.

Great video and very nicely put together. You put on video of Ryan or Deena and I'd watch it any day, every day. And add my vote for a Brian Sell interview, or any of the US marathoners this year.

ryan wasnt wearing hyperspeed 2's, 42 seconds in you can see that the bottom of the shoe he was wearing is different

yes, ryan was wearing the hyperspeeds. If you haven't tried them on...I highly recommend them. They are great racing flats. ASICS hasn't always made great shoes (i think they are way too stiff, personally), but these shoes are perfect. If they only made a training shoe similar to this (with an sturdier outsole) then I'd be in heaven. it is a shame that ASICS doesn't sell those armskins to the public. they would sell out where I live.
