I don't believed anybody can run 15:05 (5k) only 3days out training. That's just crap man! Unless he was training himself or doing some great workouts in some other sports. Coz doing 15:05 without training would mean that after 9years running at high level, he would be able to run 12:50 easily at least!!!! But I guess he never ran sub 13 in his life!
