Thom, You're the man! Looks like stitches to me. Take care and keep up the hard work. You've been running really well and the adidas boys (past and present) are excited and motivated by your performances. Keep up the good work and do a little more barrier work, ok?

He ran at Columbia U. He was AJ Acosta's coach at El Camino HS, Oceanside, CA. I think that was also his high school. After AJ graduated he took a coaching job at Iona (Westchester County, NY). They didn't exactly suck when he was there either! I saw him at the "farm" West Regional XC meet last year. I think he and his wife are both coaching at U. of San Francisco now. Good looking program.

Consequences of not enough steeple work....but great balanced guy. Would be a terrific coach for anyone since he knows the ups and downs in more ways than one!!!

Way to go Tom!

Pretty sure he was a hs coach-possibly of AJ Acosta or someone like that. Also, he is a Columbia alum-not Cornell.

I really want to see him run well this season, he has always had something go wrong and deserves better. Nice guy too
