Most professional athletes incorporate massage and stretching into their regular training routines. In Leuven, the athletes have a pretty convenient set-up. Alysia Johnson shows us how easy it is to get the treatment they need.

This is very good, I wish I could get treatments like that but to find someone who is really knowleadgeable (like the one shown) is very difficult; let alone the cost. The cost is prohibite, only proffesional athletes can get this, forget about it people like me, old, slow and destitute.
