Get to know Abdi. You may or may not have heard how Abdi started his running career, but its not everyday you find one of the best who started at such a late age. From the start of his the Black Cactus had been a member of every World and Olympic team since he became professional.

Abdi will be running the 5k this weekend at Crystal Palace in London and will be looking have his fastest race of the season and maybe even a PB!

Mark had to go tend to some FloSports business is my assumption as to why he had to leave the Oregon coverage. For all of the drama with Floswimming, but hope that is coming to a quick close so that he can have the stress relieved. He better be making up to old Mrs. Kara Goucher because she was pretty bummed that he missed her race at USATF Nationals. That was a pretty hilariuos video of Kara calling Mark and being made at him for missing her race. Look forward to seeing how you make it up to her at Worlds because she is going to tear it up. Maybe some KG shirts or something I'm sure Uncle Phil and Rob Sal might be interested in a little OTC KG shirt.

Good luck in London and Congrats on a great race at USATF 10k National Championships in ATL at Peachtree Road Race for the 10k US Champ. Good pay day.

Abdi, lower the cost of your black cactus shirts 32 bucks is a little much. Other than that you are an awesome runner and I love watching your interviews

I would like to see an abdi lagat duel over 6,000 meters... i say 6k because i think lagat has a slight edge over abdi over 5k, but 6k... i don't know maybe they are more evenly matched.
