After running 5ks at Heusden and London its time for Abdi to head back home to start training for a fall marathon. It was a fun short stay with the Black Cactus and we look forward to seeing him in the fall. Maybe we'll even get some coverage of the goat slaughtering....

Abdi, you are so cool. I met Abdi after the Peachtree 10K in ATL, he talked and it seemed like he had known me for 10 years. Wish you the best Abdi esp. in the Marathon.
