Its the 24th year of the Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota. The first running of the Griak back in 1986 only had 13 teams competing and has grown to over 4,000 athletes in 2009. Join Ryan, Madhu, and Minnesota Assistant Coach Sarah Hesser on a quick course preview as we get ready for a great day of cross country tomorrow in the land of 10,000 lakes!

And don't forget this weekend marks the first chance teams have to accumulate points towards the NCAA Championships! The road to Terre Haute begins...
