Stanford assistant CC coach David Vidal went from being a top steeplechaser to coach immediately after graduation. Now he and head coach Jason Dunn head one of the nation's most powerful distance programs. Vidal talks about how he uses his experience to help his athletes succeed.

David Vidal ran 8:43.07 in the steeple in 2005.
