RE: anonymous coward

i don't doubt records being broken...clearly, if i found the right race with the right times, i could break those course records too. my argument stands on this premise: 2008 shalane would have destroyed the 2010 version. we'll see if she dips under 30:22 for 10k.
no disrespect, just my belief.

RE: Cuda Wuda

course record by almost a minute or more... this girl is going to do some crazy stuff this year man. i definitely see some records being broken in whatever distance she decides to to do.

should have stayed with cook. medals and fast times NEVER lie

Crazy that she could run 30:22 for bronze with no more than 12 miles for a long run! That is just sick talent.

Shalane, you're great!

I always enjoy hearing runners internalize their running to a point that their bodies start talking to them, even asking questions. Legs asking, "What are you doing?" I think we can all relate.

Best of Luck.

with a new year, new head quarters, new atitude towards professionalism, i think it is time to pick interview settings with no background noise

She's back! Alright!

That first 6 six miles will feel so slow for her I will hope she will contain herself, relax, and run with group.
