Anna Who, you'd be foolish to not watch out for Anna Pierce this season. Don't be so sure that she's going to "stick to the 800" either. She'll be running 1500s as well, without question. Sure, her 800 final in Doha wasn't the hottest but she split 1:59 at Penn. Not a bad way to start the season and a pretty good indication that she'll be ready to roll when the time comes. Barringer's last race wasn't great either if my memory serves me correctly. Cross Nats was nothing short of a disaster and she seems to be doing just fine. Don't jump to conclusions with all kinds of speculation and little info. Just let the ladies race and see what pans out. |

Hey Anon and Close, Anna stopped running 3000 steeples and will now stop running 1500s. She will stick to the 800. Did you even watch the race, it was not run at a fast pace for the first two plus laps. Winning your first Pro race is something to pump your fist at, especially against the indoor 1500 champ. |
