Keith,

People have short memories. You have consistently made average college runners very competitive. As long as there are average runners graduating from college, your group will be revelant. When I look at all of your top 10 Oly trials finishers, one thing stands out. NONE OF THEM WERE STARS IN COLLEGE,

Goals -- Keep building on their many success stories! Highly recommend talking to them, & just watch the guts that they run with.
