Sure a good college runner can do this workout, but the key is the weekly volume. So ask yourself, can a good college runner do this workout while running between 120-145 miles a week? |

yeah the usual workout is 3 sets- but they only did 2 because they had a race in 2 days. Yes, good college runners could get through this workout (or run it faster)-but that isn't the point |
