Christin Wurth is an awesome athlete just like Shannon. May the record go to the fastest runnner. What's this about too close for comfort. Wurth Thomas is able to go out of her comfort zone and is a monster worker who is striving for the top so don't denegrate her. |

Shannon is a wonderfully liberal and tolerant human being. She went to Duke to experience a new culture but is back in the city by the bay which is the best place to be. She is as fun loving, humble and considerate as she appears on her interviews and she graduated at the top of her class so she is equally smart and studious. |

even though shannon has not pr'ed, she is very good at running 4:01 three times in a five day spand, which important in the bigger meets. Good luck the rest of the season and hope you break those even numbers 2, 4, 9, and 15 flat! |

As someone who lived in the Bay Area on and off for over 6 years, I've never met a conservative from The City. And if you know a conservative that can think for him or herself, that would be tantamount to a miracle. |
