Its the second challenge of the trip and again by the coach of the elites. For some reason they want to take me down but I have stepped up to the challenges. As you know the first one didn't end up my way so I tried to step it up a notch for this one with Terrence Mahon. He is a fierce competitor and thrives off of competition. Saw another variation of the shot back when I was coaching. Stand in the back of the circle with the shot tucked in your neck. Forward one-handed cartwheel, releasing the shot on your rotation back up to your feet. She could pretty much equal her best normal throws.
