Shalane Flanagan ran one of her first true track races in sometime this past weekend at the 2011 Washington Invite. Her time of 4:33 in the mile was good enough for second as she gets ready to run the USATF Cross Country Championships this coming Saturday in San Diego. Shalane talks to Kevin Selby after her race and talks about her excitement to get back on the track this season.
