dave, you obviously do not run enough miles or do not run them hard enough, then maybe you would understand what people were talking when they referred to "the grind".

Simmons isnt the coach at VIC anymore they dropped their cross and track programs...

That's awesome. I love hearing athletes say that they get excited about running. I hear so many say that they do "so much work" or use words like "enduring" or "the grind." If you love your job, you never "work" a day in your life. I love this guy's outlook on the art and craft of running.

you need to get with scott simmonds. He could tie that aerobic developement with that speed that you were talking about and make you better..
