On March 12, 2005 Kerron Clement broke Michael Johnson's 10 yr World Record in the indoor 400 by torching the field with a 44.57. Kirani James currently ranks number 3 all-time with his 44.80, trailing only Clement and Johnson on the list. Last night James split 44.94 in the DMR and looked easy in his 400 prelim. With only a 400 final to tackle today, King James looks like he is set up well to run fast today!
