AJ Acosta 3rd 1500 2011 Stanford Invite

After the 2010 outdoor season AJ Acosta had accomplished some bigs things. After being a part of an Oregon 1-2-3 sweep at the NCAA Championships, Acosta went on to run be PRs in the 1500 and Mile. His 3:36 in the 1500 ranked #8 in the US and even more impressive, his mile of 3:53 ranked him at #4 in the US and #19 in the World. AJ returns for his final collegiate season and will try to go out winning his first NCAA individual title. AJ will face tough competition for the title with his teammate Matt Centrowitz, Dorian Ulrey, and German Fernandez.....just to name a few!
