Workout Video - Ryan Hall heads into the 2011 Boston Marathon with a change this time around. He will be coaching himself. Ryan Hall, who has finished fourth and third at the last two Boston Marathons will take to the streets tomorrow to climb further up the finishing ladder. We met with Hall about two weeks prior to the 2011 Boston Marathon in Flagstaff, AZ for his last long workout before the marathon and at altitude.
