Jake Morse entered the post-collegiate side of track & field and noticed things that seemed a bit "off" with our sport. After training with OTC in Eugene and going through some injuries Jake found himself back in Austin where he graduated with questions that had no answers. He started thinking and wondering how he could help and with that, the Grass Routes Run Festival began. The Festival will take place this fall on September 30-October 1, 2011 and will play host to a cross country twilight meet on the first evening. The next day there will be a panel discussions with some of the top minds and athletes in the sport throughout the US to get the conversation going about what a issues in track & field today and how do we look to improve them. Check out more on the Grass Routes Run Festival here, grrfestival.com.
