Mark Rowland experienced success in an Olympic year. He represented Great Britain on the medal stand in 1988 when he earned the bronze in the steeplechase. Now his task is to prepare the 21 athletes he oversees as the head coach of the Nike Oregon Track Club Elite. Now in his third season with OTC, coach Rowland talks about his methods in working with his crew in this interview.
