Ryan Vail finished 11th at the Olympic Trials Marathon in 2:12:43. Now training in Portland, Vail continues to work with Oklahoma State's Dave Smith as a pro. In this interview at the Brooks PR meet, Vail discusses changes he made to get ready for the marathon and his plans for the spring.
