Okay sprinters this is what you should strive for when you are running. Notice how everything is almost in a straight line. They have their eyes and chest up and everything is relaxed. Nobody is clenching their hands or grinding their teeth together. Your hand's should stay relaxed (imagine an egg in your hands and you don't want to crush it) and so should your shoulders. Keeping your face relaxed keeps your shoulders relaxed. Also, nobody is flairing out their shoulders, everything is smooth. They are driving their arms cheek to cheek, and that helps to get their knees up. Look at how their legs cycle all the way through. Finally, notice how they stay on the balls of their feet. Their heels never touch the ground. This is how you should run when you are sprinting!
