Olympian, Adam Goucher, talks about his new book "Running the Edge". Adam talks about a time three years ago after some hard times in his career that drove him to write the book. Goucher went through realizing how hard it was to be failing as a runner while his wife Kara was killing it as an athlete and in turn, what his role needed to be.
