In practice, you need to mess with alignment and find that "magic recipe" that makes you most powerful firing off the blocks. Trey discusses how he's had to fine tune his set up for blocks. He mentions how his block set up is ongoing and changes from season to season. This is something to think about and perhaps incorporate in your training. Workout: Trey will be doing 12x 40 meter accelerations out of blocks, with every third acceleration incorporating sled pulls. The rest between reps is approximately 3 minutes.
