Hey Clint, nbd, but this video was made more for hoots and giggles then for anything serious. Obviously, my lack of shirt in snow conditions and my use of simple trainers shows that I wasn't taking this too seriously. I respect you and your times, but this video was just me messing around, was hoping it would give people a chuckle. And I totally agree, going out at 30 and a 67 was way too fast haha, and I did die so hard

Daniel Gilman, I understand that and wasn't trying to be rude but for me who ran 4:26 as a sophmore and i still am a sophmore, it is kind of annoying to see a kid go out in a 30 for a 200 (400 67) than die back to 76. just saying

Cool bro, I am only a sophmore and I would have been 36 seconds ahead. work on stride.
You realize he did this after running 5 miles to the track. He's run well under 5 minutes before.
