Ryan Hill Kicking himself for giving Lawi to much room 2013 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships

Ryan Hill came charging hard for Lawi Lalang in the final 400 meters of the mile, closing in 54.1. However, the gap was too big to overcome leaving Hill kicking himself for not going with Lalang's early conservative pace (Lalang 1:59 at 800, Hill was 2:01). Hill, who going in owned the #4 mile time in history, ran 3:55.25 which broke the previous NCAA meet record and ranks as the #10 best mark all-time. As the outdoor season rolls around Hill will look to continue progressing at the mile/1500 meter distances.
