Donn Cabral remember last year's Oxy breakthrough

Last year at the Oxy High Performance Meet @DonnCabral made a major breakthrough in the steeplechase. He set a 13 second PR, ran the A standard, broke 8:30 AND 8:20 for the first time, beat the best pros in the US and set the American collegiate record for the distance. Cabral went on to become an Olympian and continued the ride by finishing eighth in the London Olympic final. Cabral looks back at the breakthrough and talks about what he is hoping from the same race a year later.
