Easy Run with Schumacher's Boys

Jerry Schumacher's athletes have spent significant time at altitude while preparing for the 2013 season. Flotrack visited them as their time living and training at over 7000 feet was coming to a close. On this day, Chris Derrick, Evan Jager, Elliott Heath, and Andrew Bumbalough headed out on a dirt road near the newly-constructed track for a recovery run. Jager and Heath ran 50 minutes while Derrick and Bumbalough went 70 minutes. Video aired June 20, 2013
