Jenny Simpson wants to make herself known as a threat at the World Championship stage

With just a few weeks left to go before the World Championships in Moscow, Jenny Simpson hopes her recent performances make a statement. So close to her personal best of (3:59.90), Simpson ran her second fastest time ever (4:00.48). A contender for a medal in Moscow? Absolutely. Four of the top five women were American and Simpson is the only one of the group racing 1,500-meters in Moscow.
