This was a really cool way to do an interview. Two words Mark: "Tandem Bike". Someone like Ryan in the back filming while your up front asking the questions.

Abdi seems like a really down to earth kind of guy. That's why I like the interviews on the site, you get to know the runner for more than just what they do on the track.
