Shalane Flanagan looking to become a true marathoner in 2014

Shalane Flanagan has shown success and dominance over the years in many different areas...track, xc and the marathon. As she looks towards 2014 she says it's now time she focuses on becoming a true marathon. Flanagan will have to leave a decorated past behind as she embarks on a new way of preparation and fields of competition. She isn't scared, she is ready. Let's face it, she is Shalane Flanagan.
