Kennedy Kithuka dominates Big 12, wants to go sub 28 in Terre Haute

Kennedy Kithuka ran 22:16 in Waco, Tex. to take the men's Big 12 individual title. Kithuka was happy with the easy victory, but informed Flotrack of much bigger plans: breaking 28 minutes at NCAAs. Bold. 29 minutes has only been broken three times in Terra Haute, and if he accomplished his goal, Kennedy would shatter the current record, held by Sam Chelanga, by an unfathomable 41 seconds.
