Ryan Vail: All I Can Do Is Improve

In 2013, Ryan Vail was the top American finisher in the New York City Marathon. With the next Olympic Trials looming in little over a year, he is focused on incremental improvements, beginning with Sunday's race, for which he said he is better prepared than any other marathon he's run.
