Paula Radcliffe: Anti-Doping Efforts Need To Triple

In light of Rita Jeptoo's failed doping test, marathon world record holder Paula Radcliffe believes that the IAAF needs to "triple or quadruple" the resources currently dedicated to anti-doping efforts.
