Mo Farah after 3K win, says he will double, speaks on having different training plan from Galen Rupp

Mo Farah spoke with the media after winning the 3000m at the London Diamond League in a world-leading 7:34, closing with a 55-second last lap. Farah confirmed that he would double in the 5K and 10K at the world championships in Beijing next month, and commented on training separately from Galen Rupp, who has not raced at all in Europe this summer.
