The 2009 UIL Track and Field State Championships are held in Austin, TX at the Mike A. Meyers Track and Soccer Stadium. The UIL State meet is the Texas State Track and Field Championship and it has some of the best high school competitors in the country in every event from the 100 to the 3200 to the pole vault. The meet will be held the weekend of May 15th and 16th. **Update, the state meet has been reschedule to the weekend of June 5-6
